TERMS OF SALES

Article 1: object
This contract is intended for the exclusive use of booking stays in guest rooms. The best welcome will be reserved for our guests. The owners undertake to personally ensure the welcome of holidaymakers with all the necessary attentions to facilitate their stay and the knowledge of the region.
 
Article 2 - Duration of stay
The customer signing this contract concluded for a fixed period may not under any circumstances invoke any right to remain in the premises.
 
Article 3 - Reservation and conclusion of the contract
The reservation becomes effective once the customer has sent the owner a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the price of the stay with a minimum of one night per room retained and a copy of the contract or estimate signed before the date indicated on the reservation contract. The second copy of the contract is to be kept by the customer. Prices are inclusive of all charges. The balance is paid on arrival, the next day before noon at the latest.
 
Article 4 - Cancellation by the customer
Any cancellation must be notified by letter or email addressed to the owners.

a) Cancellation before the start of the stay: if the cancellation occurs more than 30 days before the start of the stay, the deposit will be refunded in full. If the cancellation occurs between 30 days and 15 days before the start of the stay, 30% of the amount remains with the owners. If the cancellation occurs between 14 and 0 days before the start of the stay, the full amount remains with the owners.

b) If the client does not show up before 8 p.m. on the day scheduled for the start of the stay, this contract becomes void and the owners can use their guest rooms. The deposit remains with the owners who reserve the right to claim the balance of the price of the accommodation.

c) In the event of a shortened stay, the price corresponding to the cost of accommodation remains fully acquired by the owners.
Additional services not consumed will be reimbursed.
 
Article 5 - Cancellation by the owner
When, before the start of the stay, the owners cancel this stay, they must inform the customer by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or telegram.
The customer, without prejudice to recourse for compensation for any damage suffered, will be immediately reimbursed for the sums paid.
 
Article 6 - Arrival
The customer must arrive on the specified day between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. In the event of late or delayed arrival, the customer must notify the owner in advance.
 
Article 7 - Breakfasts
Breakfasts are served between 8 am and 10 am. A margin before or after this time slot is accepted, at the customer's request and with the owners' agreement.

Article 8 - Departures
The customer must vacate his room before 11 a.m. on the day of his departure.
 
Article 9 - Payment of the balance
The balance is to be paid on arrival with the owner.
Consumption and additional services not mentioned in the contract or the estimate will be paid at the end of the stay to the owners.
 
Article 10 - Tourist tax
The tourist tax is a local tax that the customer must pay to the owner who then transfers it to the public treasury.
 
Article 11 - Use of the premises
The client must respect the peaceful character of the place and make use of it in accordance with their destination. No meals can be taken in the rooms. He undertakes to return the rooms in good condition and must declare any degradation for which he could be responsible and assume the repair.
The whole house is a non-smoking area.
 
Article 12 - Capacity
This contract is established for a specific number of people. If the number of customers exceeds this number, owners are able to decline the additional customers.
This refusal can in no way be considered as a modification or termination of the contract at the initiative of the owners, so that in the event of the departure of a greater number of customers than those refused, no refund can be considered.
 
Article 13 - Animals
Animals are not allowed. In the event of the departure of a customer motivated by the refusal of his animal, no refund can be considered.
